Christchurch is loud and proud

Hi guys how are you today? This week for writing we had to write about Christchurch. I live in Christchurch, you would think it would be easy to write about Christchurch.  It was hard to put into words, tougher to make them rhyme, but once you have done all of that the story just flows.

Where do you life in the world?

big ben

Hi guys this week we did some reading. We had to choose two buildings,  one in NZ and one outside of NZ. Once you have found out the facts about the buildings, we made two circles that overlap in the middle. The middle shows what they have in common, the outside is for what differences they have.

Have you seen one of these buildings?

The Maori patterns

Hi guys welcome back to anther blog, this week we have done some maths.  For maths we are doing Maori patterns. With the patterns we had to reflect them, rotate them, translate them and enlarge them.  At first I did not understand and I did it all wrong so I had to reset, but I did it in time.

What maori patterns do you know?
